1.0 | ARRRrr You Spunkier Than A Fifth-Grader? (Pirate Playground)
[Sometime after the meeting, when everyone has probably spread out again and some might have gone back to double-check their new pirate-bay-slash-One-Piece-diorama, there's a commotion coming from smack dab somewhere in the middle of that playground. It's... cackling? And also sprays of sand?? And also, if you get too close......
Well, you might just get a water balloon to the face, because Niko is out here testing two or three of the cannons, while perhaps unadvisedly actually sitting on one and laughing her ass off. She's firing off water balloons like nobody's business--!!
--and they're all flying at the poor cardboard ghosts in the graveyard?? Why is she bullying the dead and deceased. Why is this happening. Also, if you look closely at the water balloons being fired, they are all oddly-cute caricatures of people here. Maybe even... YOU?]
C'mon, it's like firing at wet tissue paper around here! Get a little livelier, all right? What's the point of these cannons otherwise?!
Ahh, this is more refreshing than a swim, I swear!
[Stop her? Run away screaming? It's choose your own adventure time!]
2.0 | Why Is This Just The Pyro Prompts Bonanza (Festival Stalls)
[... Later finds Niko in a somewhat more pensive mood on a different floor (though more pensive than Cackling Cannon Chaotic ain't hard), now that it's evening (though it's really always evening here) she seems to be more interested in assembling some fireworks on the outskirts of the festival stalls under the fake evening sky.
It's hard to tell if this means the fireworks are going to be outdoors or not, but it could probably be worse than shooting them off in a more open area like this.
She's humming a jaunty (possibly piratical) little ditty as she works, stacking up her wares from the vending machine.]
Well? Do you think I should light them all at once, or a handful at a time? Guess it isn't the season for it, but time is an illusion here anyways.
[It sounds like a private joke with herself, somehow.]
