But anyways, one day out of nowhere this weirdo named Julian-who, by the way, is one of two heumins who just appeared out of nowhere outta the three heumins that ever lived on Mobius, I'm pretty sure-comes around and is like "Hey, I can help you win!" So the king, being a good guy was all, "Yeah! And once we win we'll disband the army so we can leave in peace!" But Julian was a no-good dude who wanted to take over the world. So he used the army he built for the king to overthrow him and roboticize everyone!
Ninety percent of the planet's population! Every civilization on Mobius! Clean water, clean air, any chance to see the sun for more than a few minutes at a time, and anything remotely cool and decent! POOF! Gone! Nothin' left but ruins and pollution and robot slaves, and at the center is the renamed Robotropolis, the nightmare city he rules full of factories and SWATBots.
There's only a few hundred of us that are free now. We were all that's left to fight Buttnik and his lackey, Snivnose.
Right, Julian renamed himself to Dr. Robotnik, in case you're wonderin'.
