Well! That was some tea party, huh? You've finally seen the faces (or perhaps the singular is more proper here?) of your captors. A pair of creepy twins seem to fit the overall theme of the Castle at least. Why not have Twiddle Dee and Twiddle Dum, after all?

Regardless, it doesn't seem that they're changing their minds any time soon. The first floor of the Castle is still open up to you. The Audience Hall is still locked most of the time so perhaps you can meet the Alices there if you need to. There are plenty of things to occupy your time before the inevitable slow erosion of your memories. If this is a game, who will make the first move? You or the twins?

[ Nagisa listens intently, and while it isn't really clear how much of what he hears is being taken as truth, there isn't anything judgmental in his expression -- if anything, it's a little gentler after that explanation of the facility. ]

Hm... so you don't think this would be her "World" if it wasn't a real place that had some specific meaning to her. They always reflect what was real, and not the wishes in people's hearts?

The White Rabbit said... a World is a place that shows the hidden side of someone's heart, because... something about the surface of the heart being close to vanishing? [he still doesn't get that part, really.] Mostly they're locked because people don't want others to go into their hearts. That's why I had to find the Keys.

Sometimes it showed the things that people wanted, but usually by the end, it showed the stuff that they locked up tight. Things they didn't want to show anybody else, because it was painful, or scary.

So if it were something like that, we could expect this facade to fall away eventually, and... maybe end with something like that forest or hospital she mentioned?

What were the Keys? Were they actually something physical?

Yeah. They're about this big [raising his hands to show it - it would be a pretty hefty key, at least five inches.].

If the hospital or the forest are things she wants to keep anyone else from seeing, it might turn into that. I feel like... it's always the stuff that people want to keep a secret, no matter what.

[Actually... his head tips down in thought as he remembers something else.]

Maybe it's actually the things that they're trying to renounce?

What do you mean? That's something else the World might show up as?

I think... everyone who had a World was someone who renounced something. Like... uhh... [How does he say this without getting into details...]

Someone... who renounced having to face themselves... their World would turn into something that forced them to either acknowledge that, or, um... break.
