Well! That was some tea party, huh? You've finally seen the faces (or perhaps the singular is more proper here?) of your captors. A pair of creepy twins seem to fit the overall theme of the Castle at least. Why not have Twiddle Dee and Twiddle Dum, after all?

Regardless, it doesn't seem that they're changing their minds any time soon. The first floor of the Castle is still open up to you. The Audience Hall is still locked most of the time so perhaps you can meet the Alices there if you need to. There are plenty of things to occupy your time before the inevitable slow erosion of your memories. If this is a game, who will make the first move? You or the twins?

[ It would have been so much more exciting if it was :(. He just shoots her a look at the warning but doesn't actually push back besides so small blessings.

More than small blessings perhaps, because he does seem to be going about the investigation carefully, he's not wrecking anything and he focuses on one area at a time so as to not miss anything. At least up until he finds the deceivingly sized dressed because that's just getting yeeted right behind him and possibly into her face. ]

[Wow?? She lets out a faint squawk that's muffled by the dress and then manages to tug it off her head -- her face still looks huffy enough from before that her expression has barely changed, it's just slightly poutier now.]

[Well, he didn't push back too much so she's not going to get too up in his grill, besides which, she's busy checking the dress. It's probably too big for her.......]

[She sees him eyeing those milk fountains?? They're kind of weird, but you do you, catboy.]

[It's way too big for her but it does look cute. Well, it looked cute on both of them if they could actually wear it.

[No way... She's not really into wearing other people's things, and they still don't know for sure these people are dead but once they get there like, doubly so?? That's cursed.

If this vanishes into the catboys' gremlin cave, though, she gets to judge them later. More than she already does, anyway.]

Hey, is this one of those parasol dresses? It wasn't poofy like that when I picked it up. [ he probably just didn't take too close of a look at it when it was presumably folded and his depth perception as a one-eyed catboy might also be a thing. he is also ignoring her question because he's like this, but judging by how the milk didn't seem to hold his attention too well, maybe catboys don't like milk the best??? ]

At his prompting though she holds up the dress again and blinks at it. It is kind of a nice dress even if it’s probably haunted or something.]

—Mm? I guess it could be like a parasol dress. The color looks right, even if it’s pretty big.

[Or it’s just big for her. She looks between it and Natsuo and lets the milk thing go for now. Instead:]

[It’s hard to tell how much the insinuation was meant with the pleasantly guileless look on her face, made even more guileless by the way she blinks and lets go easily when Natsuo goes to snatch.

It wouldn’t do to rip the dress, after all — why be that rough about it? There’s a small shake of her head.]

You could have asked, you know? I don’t mind if you two want to, ‘cause I think Youji-san would look cute too — but we don’t know how long the dress has been here...
