Well! That was some tea party, huh? You've finally seen the faces (or perhaps the singular is more proper here?) of your captors. A pair of creepy twins seem to fit the overall theme of the Castle at least. Why not have Twiddle Dee and Twiddle Dum, after all?

Regardless, it doesn't seem that they're changing their minds any time soon. The first floor of the Castle is still open up to you. The Audience Hall is still locked most of the time so perhaps you can meet the Alices there if you need to. There are plenty of things to occupy your time before the inevitable slow erosion of your memories. If this is a game, who will make the first move? You or the twins?

She's really sweet. She always wears red... when I first met her, she reminded me of little red riding hood.

Next to her is Joshua. Like I said, he lies a lot, but he's fun to play with. Rick... isn't always around to play with, so I usually spend time with Joshua.

[He. took that bit of silence to mean there was. something very not good.]

Actually, when you talk about Joshua's lying habit, I remember there was a point in time where Two pretended to be sick or injured to get attention, but then he actually wound up getting hurt.

When I was an even littler monster, I once read a story to Mr. Stripey-Pants. The Boy Who Cried Wolf... That's why I never lie about the same thing twice.

[That gives him another pause before he begins again, words carefully chosen:]

Yeah. I think Joshua likes getting attention, too. That's probably why he keeps coming up with stories to surprise everyone.

But he's a good person. I really do believe that.

Well... I believe in his goodness, too. Besides, if no one ever told tall tales, we'd have much less stories to tell.

Anyway, the last one is Stella. She's...

She's even quieter than Chelsy. I haven't really talked to her much. But... she really likes to play piano. You can hear it sometimes from outside of her room.

Oh... Does she fare well at the facility? I've nearly cooped myself up in my room some days this week because I was so sad.

She doesn't spend a lot of time with the rest of us... but I think she's okay that way. [Another pause.] And I know she prefers people at the facility more than people from outside of it.

O-Oh, dear... Are... are people outside the facility mean? [He is. concerned.]

...There's some scary people outside of the facility. But not all of them are bad.

Oh. That's good... [He thinks he understands the full depth of it but. not really. But he doesn't seem to be pushing on the matter of Stella anymore.]

There's one person from outside of the facility who comes to visit sometimes. His name's Mr. Cliff, and he usually plays with us when he's over. It seems like he's known Teacher for a long time.

Aww... He sounds like a very good person. [He went back to being carefree, proceeding with his drawings.]

Yeah, he was nice. It was fun when he came over.

We never get much visitors other than the mailman and Momma's friends. Oh, and Mary!

She's a friend to the family. She used to be the new girl in town but I guess she's just... the girl in town now. She taught me words like... "groovy". [He didn't know what a hippie was but! he sure knew the slang!]

So she's like the same age as you?

She is, give or take a year. [He wondered if he should shift the conversation back, but... it's fun hearing Allen talk about his life too.]

She sounds like a nice friend.

[Smiling a little, and writing down some more.]

She is a nice friend. [He had drawn more since the start of Allen's side of the conversation. In particular, next to the green dragon, he placed a drawing of a blue, rotund monster with a long tongue.]

[He does notice that, even with his own writing.]

Oh, these are Four and Five. They're really different but they stay together so much that it surprises even me. They're usually up to trouble but deep down, they're actually nice.

Do they like pranks?

Yes, though I think Five only does it because Four does it. Five has... A lapse in his vocabulary to say the least. If you had to pick the "baby" of the family it would be Five.
