All three deaths last were tragic in their own ways. Was trust so fragile in that castle that a simple misunderstanding could end in blood? It seemed to be the case. The trial proved that without a doubt. Surely no one else would make that mistake again. As another week begins the tea cup elevator has granted access to a new area. Maybe the new amusements of a festival will ease your wounded hearts?

They're all classical music, arranged for the violin. Which might be a little odd unless Oriko ever had visions of Sayaka not around her best friend.

One of them seems to be a picture, the other is some writing. Which first?]

But ahem, enough of that. The three girls in the picture are three you have seen quite a lot.

It's been almost three months, Sayaka Miki. How long will your memories hold up? I wonder which one of your group will break next.

She'll reread the typed words on the back a few times, trying to place it with some tone, some attitude, but nothing comes to mind right away.

What about the crumpled up note?]

[The next is handwritten. Presumably from Sayaka herself:

Week 1: Tatsumi broke a rule and the fish fell.
Week 2: Drevis killed the cousins in the library. She got what she deserved.
Week 3-4: Nothing.
Week 5: ...Catarina-san fell. We had to execute Lillie-chan.
Week 6: Nothing.
Week 7: Viola went crazy. Mikhail, Dani-chan, Nanako-chan and Esther-chan died. We found her out, though. Trying to frame Maria-chan was a nasty trick.
Week 8-10: Nothing.
Week 11: The Storyteller sent me a picture. Someone's going to try again, aren't they? Bet it's Kure. She'd try to pull something like Viola did, I'm sure. I'll start patrolling.]

[Okay, there's a lot to take in here, especially the very long timeframe, the fish thing, and the fact that apparently there were cousins in the game at the same time.

Oriko rereads the back of the picture again, then looks at the final week in Sayaka's timeline. If Nagisa hadn't been at the carnival with her... But we would have heard.]

So many weeks after that incident... It must have shocked so many of them to inaction.

[So long as there's nothing else of note on the desk, she'll get the portrait from the bed now.]

[Kirika, in fact, didn't do a murder. At least not before Sayaka did. That's... something?

Anyway, Sayaka's portrait is fairly normal and Madoka free.

The information both on the front and back lines up with what they've seen already, so it can be submitted to the group.

That's it for the obvious things out of order in the room, so Oriko will look for any remaining hidden artifacts before leaving: Anything in the VCR? Under the bed? In the nightstand?]

She's surprised to find that, in this room of all places, and its rate of corruption should have worried its owner.

At least she seemed to have arrived here before the inevitable could happen...but who can say, with the way time is working in all other ways?
