WEEK 3

All three deaths last were tragic in their own ways. Was trust so fragile in that castle that a simple misunderstanding could end in blood? It seemed to be the case. The trial proved that without a doubt. Surely no one else would make that mistake again. As another week begins the tea cup elevator has granted access to a new area. Maybe the new amusements of a festival will ease your wounded hearts?

[ When the game starts...it's probably a Lot.

There's a creature at the top throwing items down at the player and there are also obstacles. If Allen is good at jumping at the right time he could probably reach the enemy in time. ]

At least the first level isn't so bad...

[He... tries? But his reaction time is slow because he has to check which buttons he's pressing, so it doesn't take him long to die.]

Ah...

[ Well, it was his first go around at the game... ]

...I guess that's to be expected. It was your first time, after all.

How about you try again?

It's hard when you aren't sure where the buttons are...

[But he looks Determined, trying again! This time he keeps his fingers on the buttons for jump and run, and for the most part manages - although there's still some panicked moments where he jumps instead of runs and vice versa, too.

Aaaaaaand he dies again.]

You did better than last time for sure. I think you're actually a natural, and if you give it one more try you can actually win this time!

So give it another go. I believe in you!

[ He's cheering Allen on. Will he rise to the occasion?! ]

You think so?

[He didn't think he was doing that well, but it does embolden him a bit! He turns to the arcade case to try it again.

Sure enough, he does do even better this time...! But still dies right as he gets towards the top. RIP.]

Ah... again.
