[As you climb back into the teacup to descend to the court room once more, the tea cup doesn't respond if anyone tries to go to any other floors. As you walk up to the podiums the amount of crossed out portraits has increased. How many more will die before the tricky game the Alices want is over?

At least the Alices seem relatively calm. The Queen, anyway. The Cat is in her Alice form, watching over the proceedings with a hungry look in her eyes.]

Franziska von Karma is dead. Do try to find out who did it but not too quickly. I'll get bored~

I think Swiss rolls are, like, a pastry thing? And I guess she liked those. But maybe the real question is whether she was getting targeted, or they were gonna try this with anyone who came along.

I can see both ways. If this was supposed to look innocent, it'd be easy to ignore someone you actually liked, more than just waiting around the corner with a knife. But also why would you target someone who literally leaves marks on people like it's no big deal. Anyway we know that nobody came along who distrusted them and has to speak up how weird the free funnel cake was

If they didn't take the first person who showed up, that person could have blown their cover by saying they saw them with a funnel cake in the dining hall last night, even if they didn't offer it to them.
