WEEK 4

[whimsicalism]

Even as the castle--is it even right to consider as a 'castle'?--continues to grow more accessible more of the group is whittled away. Even your own memories fade as the Alices continue their 'game'. As the new nautically themed area opens new residents of the castle seem to have appeared. A family of living dolls has moved themselves into the dining hall while a lovesick apple tree familiar from Friday seems to have taken root in the garden. Along with the graveyard in floor three the Alices seem to want you to remember your fallen friends in some very... different ways.

Maybe the upcoming holiday will distract the Alices from moving their game along? Only time will tell.

I just noticed when you saw me last. You were so upset I didn't say anything then.

I thought having something nice and fluffy would help you sleep.

[It's not a fluffy kitty but she thought that. Might not go over well.]

Are you going to try the food while you're here?

Yeah! I've been having plenty of tea and cookies but I want to try some other things.

[A giggle.]

The tea here tastes funny.

Funny? How is it funny?

[He mostly drinks milk or water.]

I don't think I've had tea flavored like butterscotch before.

...Is that what it tastes like?

Mm. I don't think it tastes bad just... weird?

[She's also English and is questioning this decision.]

...Well, there's soda and cakes and stuff to try, too.

Ooh, that sounds good. I bet it's sweet. I dunno where to start but I can find out.

There's a bunch of them over here.

[Still holding onto the sheep, he'll lead the way to the soda bar!]

Do you have a favorite, Allen?

Hmm... I don't think so? They're all different.

[Is that so, Allen.]

Ooh, there's so many!

[xxxx_me]

This one tastes kind of citrusy [Pointing at the sprite equivalent] And this one's just... sweet? [Pointing at the coke equivalent.] The orange one tastes like oranges, too. And they're all fizzy.

[twinverses]

[She tilts her head as she looks at all the flavors.] Wow... there's a lot. I can hardly decide.

[xxxx_me]

Do you want to try just a little bit of each one?

[twinverses]

Mm! I think that's a good idea... where are the cups... [Gotta be polite, after all.]

[xxxx_me]

Over here.

[He'll bring out a cup for her!]

Which one first? ...We can just go down the line, too.

Let's start with... that! [She gestures to the orange.]

[xxxx_me]

Okay.

[Getting her a little bit of the orange soda, just to taste, and handing it to her to see her reaction!]

[Look at that big grin!]

It tastes great, Allen.

[xxxx_me]

[Despite everything, it's nice to see her enjoy herself.]
