You're My Friend, They're My Friends (IC Intro)
Whatever you were doing before, wherever you were before this moment it doesn't matter. The world seems to grow dark around you: an almost inaudible giggle floats to your year before you lose consciousness completely. Other it belonging to a child there's no defining characteristics of the voice. Maybe you just imagined it? Even if you did, one thing is clear when you wake up.
You're not where you were before. The bedroom you find yourself is plush and well decorated, almost like a fancy hotel or apartment. That might be little comfort considering that it's clear that you don't recognize it. Before you rush off to explore your surroundings there's a message pinned to the door to the hall.
From the desk of the Queen:
Hello, my friends dear.
I can only hope you enjoy your new life here. For those you stirring from sleep, this is my promise that I will keep: I will let you go if that is what you desire but the price for it will be quite dire.
For my rules are quite clear that I don't wish you to leave. Yet I will, if you can take the grief.
If you wish to know my name and the reasons to my game, meet in the audience hall for tea. Tea, yes, a grand tea party for my grand guests! Cake and sweets are what we need to meet. In an hour we both will be there, no peeking before!
Signed,
Instead of a signature, there's a small feline paw print underneath as well as some strange sort of heart crest?
There seems to be others moving outside your room. Perhaps it's time to explore, to see if anyone else knows what's going on. Don't slip on the playing card (an ace of hearts, with the heart shape replaced by the strange crest). That there's a scribbled phrase of 'dormez-vous? dormez-vous?' on the card but surely one of the others slipped it under your door.
This Castle seems like a strange place ot live in... yet for now it's quiet and peaceful, even if the Audience Hall is locked.

library;
[ Don't mind if he suddenly had someone else who was in here, right beside him. ]
Re: library;
He startles a little, but relaxes again when he sees it's another kid.]
Um... clues. Or keys, or something.

Then let's look together! Two heads are better than one, right?
no subject
Yeah. But be careful - there's blood on some of the shelves.
no subject
[ He'll be careful about just touching whatever now. Totally wasn't into getting blood all over himself! ]
no subject
...It's weird. I saw a murder in another World, but I've never gone to a World that had a game like this before.
[Allen that makes no sense to anyone other than you.]
no subject
'In another world'? What do you mean by that?
no subject
Er. He slipped up, he hadn't even mentioned worlds to the others from the facility. Then again, the others from the facility were very easily convinced that they were just dreaming.]
Everyone was dreaming, so... it was someone's dream?
no subject
[ Gil just got confused by how it would be 'someone's dream' to see someone get murdered in another world, and logically that didn't make sense. So naturally, that meant only one thing... ]
Was that supposed to be an excuse or something...?
no subject
[...Right?]

I won't easily forget what you brought up just now, though I'll put it to the side for now.
But, try not to go around saying strange things to other people, you never know how they could react, you know.
no subject
He slumps a little, but nods.]
...Sorry for bothering you, then.
no subject
[ Wouldn't be able to say the same for others, though... ]
Oh, I guess we should really do some introductions, since we'll be working together. Or maybe that's not really needed because of those portraits that were put up...?
no subject
Your name is... Gilgamesh, right?
no subject
[ He'll start to properly glance around the room now. ]
Well, with the obvious out of the way, I could say something like "it's nice to meet you" but it'd have been better if it wasn't like this.
no subject
[But not like they can do anything about that, so!]
Should we look around some more?
no subject
[ He'll enthusiasically run around the area, knocking over some of the books like a gremlim whole evading splotches of blood. It's all good. ]
no subject
[He wonders briefly what the hundred points are for, but quickly dismisses the thought to instead continue looking around the library. He's not really looking around in any way that's going to net him any discoveries other than the dried blood though, whoops.]
no subject
Yeah, I thought it'd be more fun if we made it into a little game. You know, one that's actually a little fun.
We can say the one who gets the most points wins. And then...how about the winner can come up with another game for us to play? That sounds a bit nice, doesn't it?
no subject
[That actually gets a little smile out of him in spite of everything.]
Yeah. That sounds fun.
