[They're down two of their number, and who knows how many more will follow, but for tonight at least... They have a chance to rest.

The school has already been cleaned, leaving no signs of the deaths that occurred on this very day, but that's just as well. After looking around to make sure of that much, Yuta marches into the kitchen and, after a bit of looking around, ends up gathering some snacks: boxed crackers and apple slices that aren't perfectly even in cut but look, he's not the chef of his group, he did his best. These he sets out on some plates in the cafeteria before finding his usual seat to lounge in, eating some apple slices off of a smaller plate he grabbed just for himself.

And then, he waits - to see who trickles in, and who doesn't.

[ Koishi spontaneously appears here when Yuta isn't looking, and by then she's eating some crackers and talking to Toritorika. ]

I don't like this, Toritorika.

You understand, right? I wish neesan was here, she would know what to do.

[ Her back and forth with the bird is pretty muted and repetitive, but she seems content to chatter with her regardless. ]

I'm a fast walker, I guess! But if you didn't notice that I walked in here, that's not out of the ordinary. It happens all the time.

[An Adorabat is perched upon Emma's shoulder. It looks like she's got something to ask, but will wait for a response first.]

You want to talk about this again? It's getting kind of boring.

No, I didn't get them from the machine. The rude guy said if no one bought the turtle from him, he was going to eat them. I didn't want the turtle to die, 'cause none of us have money! So how would anyone pay him? I rescued the turtle.

[Looks over to Emma. Wat do?]

...did the turtle want to come with you? It's not stealing if the turtle agrees, right Adorabat?

[ Koishi seems a little confused, but nods. ]

I don't speak turtle...but the turtle hasn't seemed upset since I took them. I guess they're content.

[ She pats the turtle's head. ]

Are you gonna name it like I named Simon Norwell and Cynthiphelle?

I don't know, actually. How do you tell a boy turtle apart from a girl turtle...? I haven't given them a name, yet, but I might go with something that can be a name for a boy or a girl.
