Last week, one of my few personal items of clothing - a shirt, which had been doing nothing beyond hanging in my closet - spontaneously acquired a large and worrying bloodstain. Obviously, I wasn't going to touch the thing, so I'd been simply making do with the uniform. But when I looked in on it this weekend, the stain had vanished. Do you suppose there's a relation?
