Definitely not. I've never seen a human with a tail, and if they did have one, it doesn't make sense that they would hide it under clothes the all time, considering how uncomfortable that would be.

I think the only ones that have tails are myself, you, and Dewey. Not sure how much he counts, though, considering it's tail feathers.
