What? How should I know! I haven't seen any ghosts, even if a lot of weird things have started happening... like the way that Little Brother was acting.

But there's a place he sends hopeless cases...the ones detention doesn't do anything for. Like another prison, but for kids. I don't know why or how and I couldn't even figure out where it is. I think those of you who fail the final assignment have gotta be the most hopeless cases of all to him.
