WEEK 6

Only one of your group died last week but the castle feels empty somehow. Whatever your thoughts on Alice were she did seem to curb the Cat's--no, the Storyteller's--impulses somewhat. Even if the Storyteller gave an end date for the game there seems to be a sinister air around the castle now. There's an area for the adventurous, at least?

Still, it likely won't help heal the wounds from last week... though, apparently, the Storyteller has decided to refill the library.

[ Does it seem like it's connected to the pirate level somehow, or...? ]

[It does! There were barrels on the deck of the Unicorn, actually.]

[ ...If he throws a mushroom cookie in there and then goes to look in those barrels on the ship later, will there be a cookie in one of them? ]

[ Well, that's kind of exciting. What other doors will we find here? ]

[Other doors lead to various other small containers in the castle. Such as a doll's cabinet in the city center or even a vending machine's insides in the dining hall? If you want to steal snacks. No place really useful but neat. Most doors don't open and, of course, the large sort of ominous door at the end of the hallway doesn't open.]

[ Well, you know what, he's a nerd, so he's going to write down a key for where each door connects on the back of this drawing as he goes through the hall. ]

[That's very handy to have! Anna was just an art nerd so she didn't really think of that, herself.

When he's finished doing his nerdly duties the observation tower might be a good place to look for blizzards?]

[It's a long climb but once he gets to the top of the observation tower...

It's definitely decreased in power since Anna drew the picture but there does seem to be a blizzard in the distance.]

[ It's decreased? Hm.

Is it just in one direction or does it look like it covers the whole area outside of the canyon? ]

[At one point it might have covered quite a lot, judging by the weird crystal ice it left behind.

For now, it just seems to cover one mountainous area in the distance.]

[ Interesting... is there anything else visible out there or is just ice over an empty expanse? ]

[Just a jungle landscape fitting of this area. The blizzard and crystal were the only things out of place here. You've cleared the rest of this floor, Nagisa!]
