WEEK 2
The first week at the castle passes without any (recent) murders. Mysteries were found, questions asked, bonds formed, and Halloween celebrated. Now as Sunday 'dawns', you might feel your mind a little lighter as your first memories fade. Will this be just a week celebrating the (questionably) best thing about October or will more sinister things be afoot?
Either way, it looks like the Alices will continue their game.
Sunday | Monday | Tuesday | Wednesday | Thursday
[Hello, and welcome to week 2! Don't forget to submit your memory losses here and your activity here. If you want to ask or annoy the twins you can do so here. As always, don't forget to turn your threads in for 'fabulous prizes.]

room 6;
...He'll casually just wait until some information had been exchanged, but in the midst of more discussions with others poking in or whatnot, Gil will finally waltzed in, heading to the desk to reach for his amulet. ]
Thanks for holding onto this for me, Nagisa. I was kind of getting concerned I wouldn't ever see it again, since we have a pair of thieves around here, apparently.

Ah, that's yours?
[ It's debatable whether he was even aware that things belonging to the kids here would show up in the machine yet. ]
You're welcome to it, then.
[ He says after Gil's already grabbed it. Kind of a shame since that had been the most interesting thing he'd gotten out of the machine, but. ]

[ Putting it right around his neck where it belonged. ]
So, how's the collection of information going? It looks like people have been popping into here and not to play games.

[ It's not just a dagger? ]
I suppose it's going well enough. We know at least something about how losing memories here works now, and I got a lot of general information from the Cat, though of course I can't be sure how much of it is really trustworthy.
WHOOPs you saw nothing
[ It's a little bit of a disappointing thought but one he had to face. Also amulet what amulet? He put the dagger in place and everything. It all good. ]
Well, it's smart not to consider everything that thing said as a fact. That Cat seems awfully manipulative, after all.

[ ...He still has kind of a hard time believing that's even a real thing. ]
I feel like the fact that there are some questions she'll answer and others she'll refuse to address at all lends some credence to the idea that at least some of what she says is real, though. She could just lie about everything, or refuse to answer anything.

[ Indeed, magic is real Nagisa. Just like in the fairytales! ]
Oh yeah, there's no doubt about it. My point's that it's good that you're not going around believing that everything it says is trustworthy; there's bound to be some truths, considering. And of course it's a fact that just refusing to answer is probably far easier than coming up with a lie at times.
[ But as Nagisa pointed out, they could use that as a baseline of sorts. ]

[Like, it's possible she's misconstruing this but it's also possible that they've all been vored by Caster Territory Creation and y'know, all of this is some drastically ridiculous equivalent of all of their respective frames of reference smashed together.
Or it's a Reality Marble. Either or, but evidently Niko only gets this about as far as Manaka has talked about it.]
So you think this is magic after all?
no subject
[ There was definitely a pout. The biggest pout of Mt. Everest but it dissipated over the mountains and he nodded. ]
Yeah, it has to be. Remember what we saw out of our windows when we looked? It's clearly impossible for this castle to be where I was at, anyway. So there's definitely illusion magic, and then there's pretty much everything else.
It might be hard to accept that it is a thing, but in a world...or rather place like this that's been created by a Servant, you really should. Sooner than later.

[Who knows how she's sympathizing with him here but she's looking a little down about it too. They can take a mutual moment of doom and gloom and all that jazz.]
For me, it makes more sense to explain it with virtual reality technology. There are ways to recreate all kinds of places inside the brain and inside of virtual servers. But, um, maybe by the laws of this 'world', it's a type of magic system?
[She is trying to make things make sense and fit together!!!! Though actually--]
... Though, Gilgamesh-san... You talk like you know about this stuff, too?
no subject
Though at the question he'll smile slightly. ]
Yeah, I do. What gave it away?
