WEEK 2

The first week at the castle passes without any (recent) murders. Mysteries were found, questions asked, bonds formed, and Halloween celebrated. Now as Sunday 'dawns', you might feel your mind a little lighter as your first memories fade. Will this be just a week celebrating the (questionably) best thing about October or will more sinister things be afoot?

Either way, it looks like the Alices will continue their game.

Well, good. Then again you're kind of tiny, so I don't think you'd be able to use it anyway?

[ Like one of smallest beans here should talk about sizes, though... ]

...Do you have to be big to use a gun?

I think so.

[ ....beat. ]

Then again I've never fired or used a gun in the history of ever. But guns have like, recoil, right?

Recoil...?

It's like a 'something' that pushes you back once you fire a gun. If you're not ready or strong enough it can unsteady you and cause problems.

I'm not really an expert on guns, but it should be something someone 'who lives in modern times' knows of.

Did you even know what a gun was until I mentioned the word to you, though...?

I know what a gun is. But I've never seen a real one before.

[Was recoil a thing in movies? He doesn't really remember anyone making a big deal out of it, but maybe that's because movies are fake anyway.]

[ He'll glance away from the gun, interest in the object seeming to fade as his gaze landed next onto one of the Face Blanks. ]

...What even am I looking at, exactly?

He follows Gil's gaze towards the Face Banks.]

I... I don't know. Do you want it?

[ Such was the nature of life in murder castle. ]

No way; it'll be never something I'd want to put in my treasury. Ever. If anything, the Chess set is closer to my interest. Oh and if there's anything inside that chest...

You can take them if you want. The chess set and the chest.

[ He'll go to open the chest first in his excitement. He's still a kid at heart, okay. ]

Mm, it'll be a shame if I took it all, even if I'm a little grateful. I'll leave some of the treasure for you too, alright?

[ Then he'll look at the chess board, checking it out carefully, including the pieces. ]

I have to wonder what they were thinking, to hand out something like this without all of the proper pieces...

[He eyes those coins, but like... what would he even do with all of them? He doubts he can just carry them back with him into the dream and then wake up again rich. Not to mention how heavy they'd all be.

(Someone hasn't realized they're chocolate).]

...Wait, the kings are missing.
