WEEK 2

The first week at the castle passes without any (recent) murders. Mysteries were found, questions asked, bonds formed, and Halloween celebrated. Now as Sunday 'dawns', you might feel your mind a little lighter as your first memories fade. Will this be just a week celebrating the (questionably) best thing about October or will more sinister things be afoot?

Either way, it looks like the Alices will continue their game.

That doesn't mean someone couldn't still change her mind. Especially if doing it this way is getting harder for her.

I just said it was possible. I also explained why I wouldn't necessarily bank on it.

I just think we should keep trying.

And we can make it harder for her, by bringing it up.

So... we'll be mean to her?

No... if we're just mean to her, there's no reason she would have to listen to what we say.

All we need to be is honest, and make sure she knows that this sort of game isn't good, and isn't any fun. Tell her you don't want to die, and don't want to kill people - that's what she feels bad about. Just being mean won't do anything.

So we'll just make sure she knows what we think and how we feel, then. I think I can do that.

If everyone does tell her that she's making them kill people when they don't want to so that she knows that she's the bad guy here, and that she can stop it, maybe she can be convinced to change. It's not much to go on, but as far as I know it's as good a place to start as anywhere we have. And it's not as thought that will stop us from anything else we've been doing.

Actually, doing everything else too might make it work better. If what they're doing isn't working anyway...

It may. Either way, if we can convince Alice to stop the game because she doesn't want to be the bad guy and forcing people to fight, or we can find another way out, both are fine if one of them works, right?
