WEEK 2

The first week at the castle passes without any (recent) murders. Mysteries were found, questions asked, bonds formed, and Halloween celebrated. Now as Sunday 'dawns', you might feel your mind a little lighter as your first memories fade. Will this be just a week celebrating the (questionably) best thing about October or will more sinister things be afoot?

Either way, it looks like the Alices will continue their game.

Sunday | Monday | Tuesday | Wednesday | Thursday

[Hello, and welcome to week 2! Don't forget to submit your memory losses here and your activity here. If you want to ask or annoy the twins you can do so here. As always, don't forget to turn your threads in for 'fabulous prizes.]
strictura: (and explain things)

That was sort of how that came up, actually. I'd asked if her real self had also been a child like the Queen, and that was the answer I got -- that she wasn't exactly, but had been created by and for children, and could potentially have been summoned by many of us here.

I don't know if we can really assign human concepts of age to a... sentient book, if that's what we're dealing with here, but my guess would be that its "age" might be determined more by the audience its contents were written for than by how long it's existed.

[ Sighs; this is kind of giving him a headache. ]
battlestations: (I can't go back to those times anymore)

The reading level, then? Maybe so, but that could just be what she wants you to think.

...If we have the potential to summon, that's an interesting thought.

Um, do we know what the potential to summon means...? That sounds like a pretty good theory, though, Shingetsu-kun. We've found out a lot about the Alices now... I think.

[One of the Alices. Both of the Alices?? It's still hard to wrap her head around that particular connection, but it's really headaches all the way down when you think about it.

Nagisa gets a smile from his trouble, though.]

A talking book that turns into a cat just sounds like the sort of thing that would exist here.
