WEEK 2

The first week at the castle passes without any (recent) murders. Mysteries were found, questions asked, bonds formed, and Halloween celebrated. Now as Sunday 'dawns', you might feel your mind a little lighter as your first memories fade. Will this be just a week celebrating the (questionably) best thing about October or will more sinister things be afoot?

Either way, it looks like the Alices will continue their game.

[Other than hiding behind his bedroom door, Room 4, he had put the peculiar items from the vending machine outside so that he could give them away to those who would actually need them. Sans the knives and brass knuckles. He kept those for safety.

He was also peeking out the crack of the door so he could quicky poke his head out or close it shut when he needed to.

Of particular note was the dress and the amulet in the pile, throwing them in front by pure coincidence.]

Oh, hey, that's mine.

[ And she, very casually, picks it up off the pile and puts it around her neck. ]

Vending machine?

[He pokes his head out.] Mhm. I got a gallon of red paint on two separate occassions... So the amulet is yours then? I'm surprised, I almost expected it to belong to Gilgamesh himself. [He never approached the boy himself but he did see his portrait in the gallery before.]

Really? Webby said something about that the first time we met... [ she tucks it beneath her sweater and her undershirt ] I guess it does look kinda old. Welp, whatever.

I got some paint too. No brushes, though.

Maybe you could show it to Gil and ask. But... is he really Gilgamesh? The title calls him a king, but- Oh, but I shouldn't gossip about people who aren't here, it's rude of me.

Gossip? No, no, this is just discussion. Besides — I won't tell if you don't.

You could just ask him, honestly. He seems pretty cool for a guy who's... [ her voice actually pitches higher as she ventures a number, because she truly has no idea ] five thousand years old?

Either way. The other option is his parents were really, really big hippies.

[It's weird being on a team with someone she hasn't really spoken to (or... being on a team at all, if she's honest), so Dark Dream has set out to properly meet Seven. Not that she's sure what to say to him. He seemed to take the motive kind of hard, and she was kind of specifically created without the social skills that might let her know what would be a helpful thing to say.

She sure comes up with something to say once she gets there, though whether it's helpful is another matter entirely.]

It is? Honestly, I had just felt it a prop, or maybe something for me. But it's not my size no matter how much I wished it was. [He chuckled.]

Maybe we can find another one in your size later.

i would very much like this yes [His Momma had already. established no gender barriers within the house and taught Four a lesson that yes guys can in fact do typically girly things so, he would love this in fact!!]

[Dark Dream understands that gender roles are a thing, but her life before coming here was all about the cute girls in frilly dresses fighting and coming to rescue the male "damsels" in distress from the villain of unclear gender.]

All right! Then as soon as we all get out of here, we'll go to Princess Land and find you a dress of your own! It's decided!

Right now, though, there's something I've been meaning to try. Take the dress for a minute and come with me.

Oh, uh, sure! [He slowly slid from behind his bedroom door and closed it, taking it and following her... he could trust a teammate.]

Yes, it's quite the common oddity that comes out of the vending machine apparently.

Oh, I haven't received one myself yet...too bad it's just one, and so big. If there were more smaller ones we could use them as snack decorations...

I'd try and break it myself but it's... hard. And I don't want to intimidate anyone... [he's 9 feet tall it's not that hard to intimidate someone if he broke a thing.]

I think real crystals actually shatter easily if you hit them in the right spot...though I think that depends on what type they are. And sugar crystals are probably different. [She taps it curiously.]

Perhaps we could try grating it and turn it into sprinkles? [He's spitballing but hey, it may work]

Hmm...we'd need something for grating, then. They don't really have professional-level kitchen equipment here...

Maybe against a stone? Washed and cleaned of course.
