WEEK 2
The first week at the castle passes without any (recent) murders. Mysteries were found, questions asked, bonds formed, and Halloween celebrated. Now as Sunday 'dawns', you might feel your mind a little lighter as your first memories fade. Will this be just a week celebrating the (questionably) best thing about October or will more sinister things be afoot?
Either way, it looks like the Alices will continue their game.
Sunday | Monday | Tuesday | Wednesday | Thursday
[Hello, and welcome to week 2! Don't forget to submit your memory losses here and your activity here. If you want to ask or annoy the twins you can do so here. As always, don't forget to turn your threads in for 'fabulous prizes.]

MEETING
For those of you who have been living under a rock, the Alices just promised an extra prize to whoever murders an innocent person and then tricks all the rest of us into executing each other instead! They're gonna "eliminate someone"! Most of us saw Ib get killed right before our eyes Sunday. What happened is sad, and painful. This isn't a prank, and it's only a game in the worst possible way.
At the same time, our investigations, questions, and experiences ARE getting results. We've discovered that this Castle is called the Nameless Forest, a memory draining area within a world only kids and monsters can live: Closetland. Anyone can write down what they learned in the clue collection. [Points at place setting to her left.]
Cat Alice even said she'd brought adults here only to find they didn't appear or instantly died. Even though we can't trust her stupid rules, we need to listen to each other, because I understand people seriously might be tempted by the offer. People in my sector, let's meet in the media room at 8PM tomorrow night. If anyone else is interested in sectors, check out the roster - we can talk about restructuring to get at least one more big group together, or anything else that comes up. [That was a place setting to her right.] For the rest of you guys, we know we made our case last time.
Alright! We're still one group! No betrayals for ten days now! Double digits. Keep it up! [Mizuki pumps both fists and gets down from her chair.]

[he's got Tommy Thumb's Songbook with him, but what he's holding up is the bookmark from inside.]
Nagisa gave me the hint about Tommy Thumb, and it paid off with this. Do you remember what the cat said about him, exactly? It had something to do with her creation, yes?
As for this thing, it's a regular bookmark as far as I can tell, but that is clearly Alice's silhouette on it. Given that most mysterious items we found earlier have unlocked places, perhaps we ought to think about what we could do with this.

Mm... something like "since little Tommy Thumb, I've been ready," I think? In the context of her being created by and for children.
...She also speaks about books almost as if they have feelings and volitions of their own, so there's almost definitely a connection there.

It seems like... people are safer here if they're dead, because then the monsters won't try to attack. They only attack living things. And if you die, you aren't in the Nameless Forest anymore, so your memories are safe. But since Queen Alice was gone for a long time, she began to forget stuff.
Um... when people die, Cheshire puts you in a different place that's supposed to be safe until it's over. the monster that roared - she called him Roary - is the one who guards that place. She said his title is the Father for some reason, and he's really friendly and like a giant lion dog thing? Sometimes he gives Queen Alice piggyback rides, so Cheshire's jealous of him. And he's fluffy...
[...
He might've gotten a little sidetracked during that conversation.]

[ That's kind of a dog apparently but details. ]
That sounds neat! Did she say anything else about him?

[Then, more loudly:] Since you all were so worried about accidents last time, who's to say that if you keep trying to avoid the game the Alices can't put butter on the floor too?

Re: FREE DISCUSSION
Mizuki? Can I tell you something? Privately? [He didn't want to start a scene and he didn't want everyone to be in a panic about what was on his mind. Especially since it involved someone else.]

[ It's over here by the entrance to the dining hall, taped to the wall -- three notebook pages on which he's used a straight edge to neatly draw up calendars for the months of October, November, and December. (He doesn't see any way this game would go any longer than that.) There are X's drawn on the days up through October 12. ]
I'm marking off the days as we go to help keep track, since I think days can sometimes run together when you don't have a structured daily schedule, and we don't want to be caught off guard on a memory loss night or anything.

I think it has to be literal. Seeing as I'm here. I'm sure kids are all afraid of monsters in the closet.

[She's not sure if this is a microaggression but Lena is a duck so it's probably okay for her to say what she wants. But also she's just harsh like wow fuck these other "monsters" wherever they are.]

Also, I've been wondering something... time is messy here so it might not even matter, but I wonder if one of us teens were here long enough if we'd... you know, get Erased like any adults that she brought in.
[Maybe the last groups older teens were better off dying like they did, ouch]

[ As for the second part... hm. ]
I hadn't really considered that, but it's an interesting question.

Catarina was supposed to be 15 or mentally 17. Makes it sound more like she's looking for under 18 or 20. I hope we don't have to be scared of anyone's sixteenth birthday coming up.
